With my roots deeply planted in my homeland of Sicily, my culinary style inherited that cultural fusion that shaped our traditions. My international experience, since 2005, has exposed me to a wide variety of flavor profiles and ingredients otherwise out of reach.
My cooking style can then be defined as Mediterranean-fusion, marrying the sunny warmness of Southern Italy with the layered richness of the far East.

In 2012 I started my activity as Gastronomical Consultant, bringing my savoir faire into the world to make every day a little bit more magical.
